| Orders received before 12 noon (between Monday to Friday) are typically despatched on the same day (subject to stock availability). Depending on the delivery service you have chosen, items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. For UK next day deilvery, orders must be placed before 12 noon the previous working day. For a guaranteed Saturday delivery, please contact our mail order department directly. Personalisation and embossing orders take up to an additional 10 working days from the date of your initial order. Please enter any urgent deadlines in the “Further Instructions” box at the checkout and we will do our best to meet your requirements. |

| Delivery Options Price Timings Royal Mail First Class Recorded £4.95 for orders up to £200 in value. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Order by 12pm previous working day. Next Day Courier Service £9.95 for orders up to £200 in value, optional on lower values too. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Order by 12pm previous working day. Click & Collect Our Click and Collect service allows you to collect your item(s) free of charge from either of our stores, in Burlington Gardens or Sloane Street. Our collection days run Monday – Saturday within our store opening hours, please be aware the earliest available collection will be 48hours from the date of purchase. How to use: Please select our Click and Collect option at the bottom of the first section of our checkout process. Then select your preferred store, followed by a preferred day and time from the available drop-down options. The earliest date of collection available will be 48 hours after your order is placed. If we require any more time for your order to be ready for collection – in case of stock availability or busy personalisation periods, we will contact you within 24hours to make you aware. International Shipping Options and Costs We are very happy to arrange delivery overseas. You will need to enter the delivery address information at checkout in order to obtain a price for the delivery costs. We offer two courier service options: Express Courier – typically 1-4 working days depending on the country Saver Courier – typically 4-8 working days depending on the country Lighter or less bulky items are less expensive to deliver via ‘Express Courier’, therefore you will not be offered the ‘Saver Courier’ option at checkout. |
| Customs, VAT & Import Duty |
| Orders may sometimes be delayed at customs. In these cases, delivery times may be longer than those estimated. For all orders outside of the European Union, VAT will be eliminated from the total cost of your order before shipping costs are added. However, please note that your order may be subject to import duty and local taxes that must be paid by you on receipt of your order. Rules vary by country and are determined by your local government. Please contact our mail order department for further information. |
| Tracking your order |
| Your order can be tracked by viewing your order summary in My Account. Within your order dispatch confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier.
